2. Eligibility and Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your login credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

3. Service Description

NovelCrave provides digital fiction discovery and reading features. Depending on the current product version, features may include:

• Story discovery, search, ranking, library, bookmark, and reading history features.
• Chapter access, free previews, paid unlocks, coin balances, memberships, promotions, and checkout flows.
• Account settings, support messages, notices, product experiments, and service updates.

4. Reader Content and Feedback

If you submit ratings, reviews, comments, support messages, feedback, or other materials, you are responsible for that content and must have the rights needed to submit it.

You grant NovelCrave a limited license to host, store, process, display, and use submitted content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

5. Coins, Memberships, Payments, and Refunds

Paid features, coin packs, membership plans, taxes, renewal terms, chapter unlock rules, and other checkout details will be shown before purchase where applicable.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, purchases are final and non-refundable once digital access, coins, or membership benefits are delivered or used.

6. Promotions and Free Access

Free chapters, discounts, bonuses, trials, daily gifts, promotional credits, and limited offers may be changed, limited, revoked, or discontinued at any time.

Promotional items may have different expiration, transfer, eligibility, and usage rules from paid items.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use NovelCrave for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
• Bypass payment requirements, chapter access controls, account limits, security controls, or rate limits.
• Copy, scrape, crawl, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its content.
• Upload malware, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or violate third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The NovelCrave service, including software, design, user interface, brand assets, systems, and technology, is owned by NovelCrave or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Stories, covers, metadata, and other content may be owned by authors, publishers, partners, or licensors. You may access content only through the features we provide and only for permitted personal use unless we state otherwise.

9. Third-Party Services

NovelCrave may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, payment processing, email, customer support, security, and infrastructure monitoring.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovelCrave and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovelCrave from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using NovelCrave at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, disable features, or restrict accounts if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, failed to pay, or used the service abusively.

After termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. We may retain or delete account information and service records according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backup practices, and operational needs.
